As the Head of HR for Global Real Estate (GR), you will work closely with the GR Leadership Team to support the strategic direction of the division with your HR expertise. You will be the strategic leader for all HR-related topics worldwide and act as a key sparring partner to actively shape the transformation and reorganization of our division. You will lead the People and Culture Team, consisting of HRG and HRX experts, and collaboratively develop tailored measures for HR strategy and corresponding organizational and cultural development. In doing so, you will significantly drive the advancement of Global Real Estate.
- Strategy and Transformation: You will derive a global HR strategy for the GR division and orchestrate worldwide restructuring and respective organizational development, including leadership, change, and transformation support.
- Processes and Management: You will drive the further development of global HR processes by aligning them with the specific business perspective of Global Real Estate (GR) and Bosch's overarching strategic goals. Alongside your leadership role, you will also personally accompany the implementation and monitoring of relevant measures in your HRG tasks.
- People and Culture: You will actively shape the "People and Culture" path with a view to business goals and derived fields of action for organizational development. Based on this, you and the team will develop appropriate concepts for global leadership and transformation support and strategically advance competence management as well as the GR Academy.
- Cooperation and Networking: You will foster trusted collaboration with employee representatives and act as a central networker within the Bosch HR organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience and Expertise: You bring comprehensive, several years of experience in operational and strategic HR work. You have proven expertise in shaping restructurings, organizational development, and in negotiating with employee representatives. A legal background is an advantage.
- Personality and Working Style: You impress with entrepreneurial thinking, organizational and transformation expertise, and a results-oriented personality. You enjoy a high level of trust within the organization and build bridges between various stakeholders.
- Network: You have a good, existing network with relevant interfaces in the HR community, and communication at eye level with various stakeholders is important to you.
- Languages: Your German and English skills are business fluent.
