  • You utilize specialized databases and analytical tools to track patent filings, scientific publications, grant awards, and other indicators to identify emerging technological trends and specific high-potential assets.
  • You lead the initial technical due diligence process, meticulously assessing the core technology's novelty, scalability, defensibility, and market readiness.
  • You establish and maintain strong, regular connections with strategic portfolio (SPF) owners and key stakeholders across Bosch's worldwide research organization to foster collaboration and ensure a continuous flow of innovative assets.
  • You plan and execute problem-specific ideation workshops, bringing together researchers and venture teams to identify the most promising technological assets that address identified market needs.
  • You develop and implement a robust "technology push" radar system to systematically funnel and prioritize new technological assets into the development of the unit's investment theses and venture pipeline.
  • You manage the seamless transfer of identified technological assets to new ventures, closely cooperating with various venture studios we partner with.
