As an Industrialization Engineer and Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you are a key member of our team. As a main task you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing technical solutions at our customers' industrial sites. Your contribution is crucial to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our users.

• Industrialization & Process Optimization:
  • Responsibility for the industrialization of new hardware products and components, taking into account cost, quality, and manufacturability (Design for Manufacturing).
  • Development and implementation of solutions for customer requests. Specifically, integration of camera and IT hardware into production lines.
  • Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and test plans.
• SPS & MES Integration:
  • Knowledge of the connection to PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff TwinCAT) for the control of production plants and machines.
  • Integration of our hardware into existing or new Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for data acquisition, process control, and traceability.
  • Ensuring error-free communication between hardware, PLC, and MES.
• Project Management & Technical Support:
  • Management and control of industrialization projects, including the definition of project goals, milestones, and budgets.
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, as well as communication with the customer.
  • Technical support of the customer project.
  • Identification and evaluation of technical risks and development of solution strategies.
  • Execution of approval and qualifications of plants and processes.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the industrialization of hardware products or the support of automated manufacturing lines.
  • Experience with MES systems.
  • Practical experience in SPS programming is helpful.

• Experience in handling test and inspection technologies.

• Project management: Demonstrable project management experience in a technical environment
• Additional Skills: Confident application of CAD tools is beneficial.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• A high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and communication skills.
• Additional Skills: Confident application of CAD tools is beneficial.
• Communication: Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for supplier visits and commissioning (approx. 10% of working time).
