- In this position you define and execute the overall Tribe strategy and targets, ensuring maximum business value delivery for our diverse customer groups.
- Taking full responsibility for budget and target achievement at the Tribe level, you proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into impactful digital solutions.
- You set and own Tribe objectives and key results three times per year, consistently aligning priorities with the broader BA-IC Alliance and BD strategy.
- As a key representative, you present the Tribe in the ABR/QBR process and lead Squad, CoE, and selected Chapter Leads, fostering their professional excellence.
- You represent the Tribe and Bosch Digital towards industry customers, acting as a digital thought leader and an agile role model.
- Fostering exchange and collaboration, you actively break down silos and create alignment across Alliances, customers, and partners to drive collective success.
Qualifications
- Education: a completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Experience and Knowledge: more than 4 years of leadership experience in the IT or Software industry, with a strong focus on technology and business; proven track record in developing teams and fostering an agile working culture, including managing necessary change processes; demonstrated ability to create business value by understanding customer business and user pains, and driving the implementation of relevant IT products/services; deep understanding of the Enterprise IT Products & Services environment and experience in managing customer relations and projects within this area; experience in creating and implementing a mid- and long-term vision and strategy; strong customer focus and experience in stakeholder management on a senior executive level; experience with legal and compliance IT Solutions in general is an asset
- Personality and Working Practice: you define your division’s contribution to overall success, set ambitious goals, and use resources in a targeted manner; you recognize market trends, take risks transparently and focus on sustainable growth; you will provide team members with orientation, encourage them to help shape the team and highlight successes; you attract diverse talents, combine performance with team cohesion, and use challenges as opportunities for development; your demonstrate your role model function in everyday actions
- Enthusiasm: you possess a strong passion for technology and are eager to network broadly within the Alliance and across Bosch Digital
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
