The Accounting Center of Excellence is being set up in order to contribute to target achievement of the Corporate Sector Finance and Accounting (GS/EF). We are responsible for guiding the organization as part of the GS/EF Collaboration Model. The department focuses on process governance, standardization, automation and digitalization of accounting processes, master data and authorization roles for GS/EF following the vision “Zero Touch”.

We are involved in ERP system specifications for accounting and responsible for GS/EF specific software. The department aims to further develop accounting expertise and make the most of its resources, in close cooperation with the respective stakeholders, to provide cost competitive and high quality accounting services for the Bosch Group. The Accounting Center of Excellence provides a focal point for knowledge management, with the overall target of capturing new knowledge and best practices to disseminate them within the GS/EF organization.
