Are you ready to actively shape the future of automotive technology and lead the next generation of a groundbreaking product in a global environment? As our Program Lead for the Charger-Converter Generation 5, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation. You will orchestrate complex development projects and make strategic decisions that define success. This key role offers you a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact and lead a critical product family from concept through to successful series production.

• You will define the comprehensive scope of the program, select cutting-edge technologies, and establish precise timelines, while assuming P&L responsibility, including budgets and cost targets.
• Your responsibilities will include the disciplinary leadership of a high-performing team consisting of project managers, architects, integrators, and prototype coordinators.
• You will assume end-to-end product responsibility and guide your product family and its associated projects through the entire project lifecycle, from the initial platform concept to successful series production.
• Strategically, you will further develop the product family, ensure alignment with overarching corporate goals, and continuously foster innovation.
• You will cultivate and build strong customer relationships at the management level and actively participate in key management meetings.
• With your commitment, you will drive project execution and delivery, consistently achieve defined goals, and maintain the highest quality standards, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within your teams.

• Education: Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience and Knowledge: extensive experience with electronics products, ideally power electronics for electrified powertrains; proven expertise in professional project management; strong strategic and business acumen; demonstrated experience in customer relations management; track record of leading and developing high-performance cross-functional teams in dynamic environments; experience operating in a global setup with multiple legal entities
• Qualifications: PMI certification (PMP or similar) is an advantage
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at defining clear strategic directions and translating them into actionable plans, always maintaining a keen eye on financial targets; leading and inspiring diverse teams comes naturally to you, fostering an environment where innovation and accountability thrive; you adeptly manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes from concept to series production. You define your division’s contribution to overall success, set ambitious goals, and use resources in a targeted manner; You recognize market trends, take risks transparently and focus on sustainable growth; You will provide team members with orientation, encourage them to help shape the team and highlight successes; You attract diverse talents, combine performance with team cohesion, and use challenges as opportunities for development; your demonstrate your role model function in everyday actions
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
