The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

• In this position, you define and manage the entire product lifecycle of our Cabin Sensing Radar solutions, from conception to market launch and beyond.
• As the central point of contact for your product, you ensure its market success and strategic fit within our Interior Sensing portfolio.
• You translate deep technical understanding of radar technology into marketable products, integrating profound market knowledge in the process.
• Strategic planning, technical discussions, detailed market analyses, and customer interactions shape your daily work, which you round off with convincing presentations.
• Last but not least, you work closely with various international teams to realize innovative and competitive products.

• Education: completed university studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, physics, radar technology, or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in product management, technical project management, or research & development, with a focus on radar systems or sensor technology, ideally in the automotive sector; proven successes in defining and launching technical products; solid knowledge of radar principles, signal processing, and automotive radar applications; experience with automotive product development processes and quality standards; familiarity with interior sensing applications (e.g., occupancy detection, child detection, vital signs monitoring); experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Enthusiasm: you bring a genuine passion for cutting-edge automotive technology, especially radar and interior sensing
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English, German skills are a plus
