Bosch Sensortec GmbH (BST) is a fabless sensor company. BST develops and manufactures (with ww partners) MEMS sensors and an in future micro optical products.

• Take responsibility: You are managing the production in a fabless supply chain with respect to quality, cost and delivery.
• Create something new:  You will develop the supply chain in order to fulfill volatile customer demands.
• Reliable implementation: The monitoring of the supply chain and operating performance, along with key product performance, quality cost and delivery focus metrics, including continuous improvement programms is as well a task of this position. It will be necessary to develop tools to ensure transparency of operations and alignment with supply chain partner.
• Experience cooperation:  You will provide strategic cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Quality, purchasing and engineering to ensure team alignment and execute strategic planning initiatives.
• Think holistically: You are highly “process driven” and you will continuously improve the supply chain and manage complex customer needs.
• Integrated implementation: You drive operations excellence based on benchmark and best practices to continue to achieve world class operations.
• Help shape the future: You are a champion of the sales & operation planning.

• Personality: Strategic entrepreneurial thinking, resilient, internally driven and motivated, customer focused, focused on continuous improvement.
• Working Practice: More than 10 years manufacturing steering and supply chain experience in fab-less semiconductor industry.
• Experience and Knowledge: Senior leadership skills in change management with focus on organization and process implementation, cross functional cooperation. Experience in manufacturing control in fab less business, strategic planning and execution.
• Qualifications: Knowledge of six sigma and lean concepts, analytical and problem solving skills, strong change and project management abilities.
• Enthusiasm: Building, development and motivation of high-performance teams
• Languages: fluent German and English              
• Education: master degree in technical or commercial area
