As a Product Manager, you are responsible for delivering and managing a future-proof product portfolio strategy of our platform product portfolio enabling data driven ecosystem in the commercial real estate industry. We are providing ESG services to Real Estate industry through a Bosch Building Technologies Spin-Off. You manage the technical and economic performance of the product portfolio over the complete lifecycle and work cross-functionally with every area of responsibility of our team.

• You are part of a new Team located in Berlin in a Bosch Building Technologies Spin-Off, providing ESG services to Real Estate industry.
• You will be responsible for the definition of the features and capabilities our building management platform product offering.
• As a product manager, you will work at the intersection of business and technology in a cross-functional, cross-organizational team with colleagues from engineering, sales, UX, and marketing.
• You will collect and analyze customer needs and break down highly complex problems to simple solutions that also fit the strategy of both us and our customers.
• Heading, preparing, and executing product planning management reviews and customer meetings is also part of your responsibility.
• You will scout market trends and align with stakeholders from the Building Industry to create a market-driven and future-oriented portfolio.
• You will drive the creation of prototypes and MVPs through pilot projects with engineering and validate product-market-fit and business models with our customers in sales meetings or at exhibitions.
• You define the strategy and release product specification for the product portfolio and roadmap and drive product development in iterative approaches with the development and project delivery team.
• You will observe competitors and support in create business models, marketing campaigns and the launch of the product.
• You are responsible to build up and manage the product management and UX team.

• Education: Master’s degree in business, engineering, or software with strong technical and business education skills, or a comparable qualification.
• Personality and Working Practice: agile mindset and working style to work with different development and business teams. Passionate and multiyear experience in UX and leading customer interviews.
• Experience and Knowledge: 5 years of business-oriented product management experience, such as creating strategic product roadmaps or creating a product in a large-scale corporation or startup environment. Hands-on experience in software architecture and a technical understanding of building management software and hardware systems. Understanding and multi-year experience in modern product management and business model canvas. Experience in successfully launching a software and combination of software and hardware product portfolio within the building industry. Proven track record of indirect leadership and experience in influencing stakeholders from different areas and backgrounds without direct authority.
• Languages: excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German.
