We are looking for a product area lead for services in the sector of shared mobility. The business field covers areas of car sharing, ride sharing, ride hailing, robo taxis, etc. You have the primary business and technical responsibility incl. return on investment for the program: you build it you run it! Experience in the sector of shared mobility is a big plus coupled with experience in cloud based services or other AI enabled service sectors.

We work agile. That does not always mean Scrum or Kanban, SAFe or LeSS, Lean Startup at the same time but we expect you are familiar with those methods and help us pick a solution that works best for our working style and scope to assure we get to done. We work internationally over multiple time zones and looking for someone who is used to this complexity.

• Experience and Know-How: Entrepreneurial skills and knowledge about mobility ecosystems and agile leadership methods
• Qualifications: Experience in managing of complex tech stacks and organization, technical knowledge in the areas of embedded SW, AI, Cloud, and experience with customer project execution incl DevOps.
• Enthuisiasm: Experience in cross divisional or cross business unit activities coupled with a strong BBM network in the Software and Service Area;
• Personality and Working Practice: Intercultural leadership experience, strategic and systematic thinking, open minded, curious to new things and open for change, eager to engage into new business ideas and work environments with strong focus on project execution
