We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SAP CAPM Public professional to join our team in Kerpen, Germany. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP systems and project management to drive successful implementations, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable results. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within scope while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

• Lead and manage SAP implementation and optimization projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP system utilization and configuration
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies while monitoring progress against established key performance indicators
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery
• Configure and customize SAP modules (such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or others) based on business requirements and best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
• Provide technical guidance and support during system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and organizational continuity
• Manage change control procedures and support organizational change management initiatives
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality and user adoption

• Active CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification or equivalent project management credential
• Proven experience with SAP system implementation, configuration, and support (minimum 3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration within enterprise environments
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in process mapping, business process analysis, and documentation
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
