We're looking for an experienced SAP Senior Architect to join our organization in Berlin, Germany. In this strategic role, you will design, develop, and oversee enterprise-level SAP solutions that drive business transformation and operational excellence. As a Senior Architect, you will combine technical expertise with visionary thinking to architect scalable, efficient systems that meet complex organizational requirements and support long-term business objectives.

• Design and architect comprehensive SAP solutions, including ERP systems, S/4HANA implementations, and cloud-based platforms tailored to organizational needs
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs
• Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the solution development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and innovations, providing recommendations for system optimization and modernization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-level executives, business analysts, and project managers, to align technical solutions with business strategy
• Oversee system integration, data migration, and technical implementation activities to ensure efficient project delivery
• Establish and maintain architectural governance frameworks, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing SAP environments to enhance system efficiency and user experience
• Provide technical guidance on complex problem-solving and support decision-making for critical system challenges
• Stay current with SAP product roadmaps, industry trends, and technological advancements to maintain competitive advantage

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP implementations, system architecture, and enterprise solutions
• Proven expertise in SAP modules including ERP, S/4HANA, and cloud solutions
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP system architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and mentoring junior architects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• SAP technical certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent)
• Proficiency in solution design methodologies and best practices

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and cloud-native architectures
• Background in digital transformation initiatives and modernization projects
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments
• Experience across multiple industry verticals (manufacturing, finance, retail, etc.)
• Expertise in API management, microservices, and integration technologies
• Track record of successfully mentoring and developing technical talent
• Experience with SAP analytics and business intelligence solutions
