Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Luzern, Switzerland. This role focuses on managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Lead and coordinate UAT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee the UAT process, including test plan development, execution, and defect management
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Swiss business regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on UAT in software development projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong knowledge of UAT processes and best practices
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
- International project management experience, preferably in Switzerland
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Swiss business practices and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
