Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Luzern, Switzerland. This role focuses on managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

  • Lead and coordinate UAT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives
  • Oversee the UAT process, including test plan development, execution, and defect management
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss business regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on UAT in software development projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Strong knowledge of UAT processes and best practices
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • International project management experience, preferably in Switzerland
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Swiss business practices and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
