We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our company's success.

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using Java and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Java development
• Strong proficiency in Java, with knowledge of frameworks such as Struts and Hibernate
• Experience with software design patterns and architecture
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
