Robert Bosch East Africa is a growing business in the Bosch Group located in Nairobi, Kenya. We operate in the business divisions Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Building Technology, Packaging Technology, and Thermotechnology.

Assist in coordination of local activities to implement commercialization of new micro-credit business model, ComIN.

Support in design and implementation of business processes, linking them to the commercial Bosch Thermotechnology commercial activities.

Collection of data for analysis to derive trends, customer behavior and other actionable insights.

Implement local marketing, sales and communication activities with partners and customers.

Support in planning tasks for the technical team and coordinating changes.

Collect and prepare paperwork necessary for the team including documentation of processes and results.

Support in coordination of flow of information between customer, payments partner and local technical team following acquisition, technical site visits and system installations.

Perform monitoring of customer service requests and follow up on payment trends.

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.
