Job Description

As the Sales Manager you will:
- Provide exceptional leadership and manage and grow an effective sales team
- Exceed key profitability, sales volume and customer service metrics as outlined by the General Sales Manager
- Actively assist product advisors with closing transactions
- Be responsible for hiring ‘A’ player Product Advisors to fill out your sales team
- Perform daily one-on-one meetings with Product Advisors
- Hold weekly sales training sessions with Product Advisors
- Hold monthly performance review and goal setting sessions with Product Advisors
- Perform live coaching with Product Advisors
- Analyze traffic numbers to look for key opportunities in improving sales process
- Analyze lease and finance portfolio database as well as service customer database to look for sales opportunities
- Maintain strong knowledge of entire Toyota lineup as well as current manufacturer programs
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Clean drivers abstract and VSA license
- A minimum of 3 years automotive experience
- Strong desire to achieve results
- Demonstrate high levels of persistence
- Incredible work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Team oriented person
