We are seeking a motivated and technically driven Solution & Application Engineer (Linear Technology) to join our dynamic industrial automation team. This role serves as the technical expert for Linear Motion Technology solutions, providing application engineering, sizing, system design, and customer support to secure strategic semiconductor and OEM accounts. 

• Support the sales team by sizing, selecting, and engineering packaged solutions for Linear Motion products and systems. 

• Act as the technical expert for the Linear Technology product portfolio. 

• Provide hands-on, on-site application engineering support, technical troubleshooting, and commissioning at customer facilities (including key US Semiconductor CMs and local OEMs). 

• Conduct technical product training, sizing software guidance, and solution update sessions for internal sales teams, solution partners, and end customers. 

• Support technical engagement with existing and new customers to convert engineering specifications and expand market share. 

• Apply technical expertise to customize linear motion packages, CAD designs, and sizing calculations to meet customer requirements and application goals. 

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals to engineering leads, machinery builders, and key account stakeholders. 

• Handle daily technical pre-sales activities, bill-of-materials (BOM) creation, and quotation support for the sales team. 

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep technical expertise in linear motion sizing, mechanical calculations, and system selection.
• Solid background in factory automation, CAD tools, on-site troubleshooting, and machine design.
• Ability to deliver fast, accurate designs under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex linear technology concepts to both technical engineers and commercial decision makers.
• Ability to work effectively with sales, product teams, and customer engineers to solve complex application issues.

**What Will Make You Stand Out**

• Experience supporting semiconductor contract manufacturers (CMs), machinery OEMs, or factory automation integration environments.
• Proven experience designing customized multi-axis linear system packages tailored to specific customer specifications.
