Construction, Architectural and General Maintenance Review, including: Structural, building maintenance, building renovation and finishing. Kitchen equipment, Furniture, Landscaping, building layouts, pest Control, housekeeping, Locksmith, and gardening services, ensuring they are executed according to project and complying with all applicable regulations.
Construction & Civil/Architectural works installation and equipment commissioning certifying that the installation has been performed according to the approved project. 
Construction & Civil works installation design review for operational needs (production & administrative) according to current applicable regulations and standards. 
Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) development, implementation and follow up for all non-productive Construction/renovations & Civil works installations and equipment including, but not restricted to: Buildings Maintenance, Roofing, Water and Sewer distribution systems, Kitchen equipment, Furniture, Landscaping, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Locksmith,and gardening service including periodically studies and certifications.
Project management and development for new building and architectural works systems original lay out increase and modifications according to the site needs, including Design, RFQ, Change Management, Contractors management, Legal requirements and permits, Construction and installation overview, in order to deliver projects within time and budget according to appliable regulations and standards.
Energy efficiency projects development and implementation.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• 3–5 years of professional experience in facilities management, construction, or civil and architectural maintenance

• Demonstrated experience managing auxiliary services and facility operations

• Demonstrated experience overseeing building construction and maintenance projects

• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Desirable Requirements:

• Graduate degree or professional certification in Architecture or Facilities Management

• Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs (PMP)

• Project management certification or equivalent professional credentials

• Experience with energy efficiency and sustainable building practices

• Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors and construction teams

• Proficiency in facilities management software and project management tools
