As a Logistic Specialist, you will work alongside an experienced and friendly team, supporting innovative projects and process improvements. Task and responsibilities:

• Communication between internal departments and Logistic Service Provider
• Actively contribute to the achievement of KPR/KPI Targets.
• Address and track internal and external inquiries to the respective internal departments
• Monitor daily warehouse operations
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction
• Receipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP  
• Clarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or other process deviations
• Assistance in the improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structure
• Preparation documents for the accounting department
• Supervision over the correct circulation of correspondence
• Support in the development of reports and procedures in the area of ​​administration and logistics
• Active preparation of documents for tender process and direct involvement in tender process

• University degree/ High School Diploma
• Knowledge of warehousing processes
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with cooperation with third party companies
• Cost reduction and customer orientation
• Problem solving mindset
• Communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to work in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages is mandatory
• Knowledge on German language will be considered as a plus
