• Lead and coordinate an MES/IAS Team of MES/IAS engineers in PgP1.
• Implement Nexeed MES/IAS, CMMES and Traceability systems at PgP1 and ensure smooth operations in PgP1.
• Setup and manage plant MES/IAS Infrastructure, system configuration, technical installations, data transfer according to MES/IAS @ME and Bosch BD standards.
• Troubleshoot and fix of MES/IAS and Traceability issues which occur in daily operations to ensure stable operations of the systems in plant.
• Support the IT emergency concept in plant to ensure IT system are up and running.
• Support training of key users in operations and service teams across the plant.
• Schedule and perform Nexeed MES/IAS and Traceability system updates in the plant when required.
• Participate in the ME Nexeed MES/IAS and Traceability competence network, with periodical Telcon’s and yearly meetings, prioritize and implement new functions and modules in MES/IAS by rolling them out at plant level.
• Support the implementation of Industry 4.0, Connectivity, Data transfer configurations and Analytics in MES/IAS/CMMES.
• Co-ordinated working with Global MES/IAS, PLC, ME/MFD, BCI, BD, Machine connectivity teams to implement MES/IAS systems in the plant to ensure standards in deployment and continuous operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing IT, MES, IAS, PLC, automation, and digitalization projects.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with PMP certification.
• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle, SQL, scripting, VB.NET, data analytics, and dashboarding tools.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and willing to work in a global and collaborative environment.
