Job Description
Bosch Power Tools is looking for a driven Solutions Specialist to grow our presence across the Greater Sydney market, working directly with B2C end users.
This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for a high energy, hunter — someone who enjoys identifying new opportunities, opening doors, winning new customers and growing the Bosch brand through genuine customer engagement and consultative selling.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based role (80% on the road) where you will work directly with end users across manufacturing, industrial, and commercial sectors.
You’ll combine technical expertise, relationship building, and consultative selling to convert customers to Bosch products and build long-term brand loyalty.
You will:
- Hunt and develop new business through self-generated leads, dealer referrals and targeted prospecting.
- Identify customer needs and convert opportunities through consultative, solutions-based selling.
- Build relationships directly with end users — from tradespeople and site managers through to procurement and C-suite stakeholders.
- Create demand for Bosch products through presentations, demonstrations, problem solving and technical recommendations.
- Conduct site visits, assessments and product demonstrations to identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
- Develop and execute structured visit plans to maximise customer coverage, productivity and sales outcomes.
- Introduce new products and solutions into targeted customer organisations and training organisations.
- Manage tender and project opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer, activity and opportunity information through Bosch CRM systems.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to provide market feedback and help shape the end-user strategy.
Qualifications
This role requires proven B2C / end-user sales experience and a demonstrated ability to win new business.
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven success in B2C, end-user or large-user sales.
- A strong track record in business development and new customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated hunting and prospecting capability — you actively create opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
- The confidence to engage with stakeholders from site-based users through to senior executives.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability.
- High attention to detail and disciplined CRM management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A highly self-driven, resilient and commercially focused approach.
- A strong work ethic, determination to succeed and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team.
- A valid Driver's Licence.
Industry Experience
- Experience in hardware, power tools, construction, building or trade environments will be highly regarded.
- A White Card and Working with Children Check are required, or you must be willing to obtain them.
Why This Role?
This is an opportunity for a genuine new-business sales professional to take ownership of a territory and make a measurable impact on Bosch's growth.
You'll spend the majority of your time in the field — meeting customers, identifying opportunities, solving problems and converting new business — supported by the strength of a global technology and engineering organisation.
If you're commercially driven, confident in front of customers and motivated by finding the next opportunity and winning the business, this could be your next career move.
Join Bosch and help shape the future of professional power tools through customer-focused solutions, innovation and relationships.
