Job Description
The Key Account Manager serves as the primary strategic interface and "voice of the customer" between Bosch and its most high-profile, high-impact national accounts. Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset, the E4 KAM is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable sales growth, establishing absolute alignment across global supply chains, and positioning Bosch as the preferred technology and service partner.
The associate is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading cross-functional teams without disciplinary authority to resolve complex operational, pricing, and logistical challenges, while securing long-term strategic agreements. The role requires strong project management capabilities, with the ability to simultaneously lead multiple complex initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinating numerous internal functions and customer stakeholders while managing scope, timing, resources, risks, and deliverables
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and deep industry experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree or MBA with a focus on General Management or Supply Chain. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Professional Experience
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, category management, or account management (with 3+ years specifically handling Large National Accounts or working within the Automotive/Automotive Aftermarket industry).
- Supply Chain Familiarity: Demonstrated experience with complex global logistics networks, inventory planning, warehouse fulfillment models, and product life-cycle management.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel data modeling), familiarity with modern CRM systems, and exposure to SAP/ERP order management environments.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of independently leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects in a commercial or operational environment, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating diverse internal teams, and maintaining customer alignment from project initiation through successful implementation.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management methodologies and tools used to establish project plans, track milestones, manage action items, monitor risks, and communicate project status. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
