Job Description

  • Performs general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, drywall/sheetrock, wall, and flooring repairs.
  • Operates forklifts to safely relocate equipment, materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Assists with preventive maintenance (PM) activities for HVAC systems, including replacing filters and cleaning coils.
  • Supports the Receiving team by off-loading equipment and deliveries and staging materials in designated areas.
  • Performs exterior and landscape maintenance, including plumbing and irrigation repairs and trimming tree branches as needed.
  • Supports Bosch’s recycling program by assisting with the collection, organization, and proper handling of recyclable materials.
  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs on site golf carts to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Supports site-wide 5S activities to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas both inside and outside of facility buildings.
  • Assists with construction, renovation, and facility improvement activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent trade school exp.
  • Experience safely operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of drywall installation and repair, including patching, finishing, and general wall maintenance.
  • Basic plumbing knowledge with the ability to perform routine repairs, troubleshoot minor issues, and replace plumbing components as needed.
  • General knowledge of construction activities, including common tools, materials, safety practices, and basic construction and maintenance procedures.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and manuals.
  • Ability to create and maintain operating and training documents and manuals.
  • Strong communications skills with various audiences from vendors to fellow engineers to operators.

Additional Information

  • This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
  • This position works Monday- Friday, additional hours as needed
  • Indefinite US work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position varies considerably depending upon qualifications. The base salary range for this position is $26.00-$30.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
