Job Description

  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple sources.

  • Perform end-to-end data modelling including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and data quality assurance.

  • Develop, validate, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Develop and optimize ETL processes using SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and related tools.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights, trends, and actionable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and reliability across analytics platforms.

  • Work on SSIS/SSAS-based data warehouse and reporting solutions where required, based on project allocation.

  • Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and process documentation.

     

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or BI Development.

  • Expert-level SQL and T-SQL (Stored procedure, functions, views, CTEs, Triggers) skills with ability to write complex queries for analysis, validation, and performance tuning.

  • Strong Power BI development experience including DAX, RLS, Gateway, workspace management, and administration.

  • Hands-on experience with SSIS and exposure to SSAS for ETL, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.

  • Exposure to databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and enterprise data warehousing environments.

  • Exposure to Azure, MS Fabric, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

  • Understanding of CI/CD and version control practices.

  • Knowledge of Python is good to have.

  • Exposure to tools like Databricks, Alteryx or KNIME will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
