工作职责:
- 负责基于EE架构制定车辆系统集成方案及集成测试策略
- 负责测试车辆通讯诊断及执行器(EPS/VCU/IPB/车机)联合调试
- 负责基于系统需求制定测试案例及测试方法
- 负责开发和执行系统级集成测试和性能测试
- 负责牵头完成GSR法规及E/CNCAP场地测试
- 负责初步分析及追踪测试过程中系统问题
- 负责搭建和维护系统集成、调试和诊断相关的工具链,持续优化集成流程
- Develop vehicle-level system integration plans and integration test strategies based on the overall Electronic/Electrical (E/E) architecture.
- Conduct on-vehicle communication diagnostics and coordinated debugging of executive actuators (including EPS, VCU, and IPB).
- Define test cases and testing methodologies derived from system requirements.
- Develop and execute system integration test and performance test
- Oversea GSR (General Safety Regulation) test and E-NCAP / C-NCAP proving ground tests.
- Lead preliminary root-cause analysis and drive the issue tracking/resolution process for system-level anomalies identified during testing.
- Setup and maintain tool chain system for system integration, debugging and diagnostic for integration process improvement.
Qualifications
任职要求:
- 驾驶技能扎实,安全意识强。
- 具备3年以上ADAS实车测试经验,能够独立完成智驾功能评价。
- 熟悉车载总线技术(如CAN, CAN FD, 以太网),并有相关调试经验
- 掌握PythonCAPL脚本编程,熟悉Linux基本命令操作。
- 熟练使用Vector工具(如CANoe/CANalyzer)进行数据录制及实车调试能力。
- 英语流利,可作为工作语言,能独立撰写英文邮件并参与国际会议沟通。
- 接受海内外差旅
- 具备出色的问题分析和解决能力,逻辑思维清晰,能够系统性地处理复杂问题。
- Strong driving skills, safety awareness.
- Over 3 years of ADAS vehicle testing experience, capable of evaluating both functions and performance.
- Familiar with working mechanism of ADAS driving and parking.
- Experienced with automotive bus technology(CAN/CANFD/Automotive Eth.)
- Experienced with Python, CAPL scripts and Linux commands.
- Familiar with Vector tools for data recording, vehicle debugging.
- Fluent in English, able to write emails and participate in international meetings
- Willing to travel for business both within China and internationally.
- Outstanding problem analysis and resolution skills, with clear logical thinking and the ability to systematically handle complex issues.
