Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Support gathering and analysis of customer requirements through meetings, discussions, workshops, and review of requirement documents.
Document and maintain customer/system requirements in IBM DOORS, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and properly structured.
Maintain requirements traceability between customer requirements, system requirements, design, test cases, and verification results using DOORS links.
Perform requirements reviews and quality checks to identify missing information, ambiguities, inconsistencies, duplicates, and traceability gaps.
Support requirement changes by updating requirements, attributes, links, baselines, and related documentation in DOORS.
Coordinate with senior engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support timely resolution of requirement-related issues.
Prepare requirements status and traceability reports and support project teams in maintaining requirement baselines, version history, and documentation
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
- BCA/B.Sc.
Experience :
- 4-5 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
IBM DOORS – hands-on experience in Requirements Management
Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation and Validation
Requirements Traceability and Traceability Matrix
Requirement Reviews and Quality Checks
Change Request and Impact Analysis
Baseline, Version and Configuration Management
Preferred Skills :
Customer and Stakeholder Management
Good analytical, communication and documentation skills
