Job Description
Strategic Management: Formulate and lead the human resource strategy for the regional Business Unit (BU) in India in alignment with the Global Business Strategy
Business Plan: Promote and supervise the in-year target deployment w.r.t human resources for respective GBs
Organizational Development: Oversee and Enhance of HR processes and systems for organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall performance based on business and market trends. Fulfill organization blue print for region, inline with processes and frameworks and region view
Talent Planning and Management: Plan and strategies people planning and development through FWP/SWP, succession planning and talent mapping to ensure the availability of a robust talent pipeline for all business-critical roles
People Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on various HR-related issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
People Management: Foresee the HR competency requirements basis current and future trends and advise employee capability development accordingly
SO region Governance: Monitor adherence to all India region aligned HR process and RASIC
Qualifications
Qualification - MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management
Experience - 15+ years in Human Resources Management. Experience of working in a technology / manufacturing organization (Desired). Experience of working with senior leadership across organization (Desired)
