Job Description

  1. Responsible of planning and implementation of department’s quality policy.
  2. Responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the department’s quality management system.
  3. Establish and maintain FMEA of GS/OSD3-APAC12.
  4. Establish and maintain LPC guideline and plan of GS/OSD3-APAC12.
  5. Monitor and improve department Quality KPI.
  6. Handle customer complaint analysis and improvement.
  7. Coordinate internal / external quality system audit.
  8. Push LSPs to carry out Risk & Quality management and LSP development project
  9. Push LSPs to carry out CIP
  10. Manage KPI target of LSPs  and analysis and improve KPI failure
  11. Provide Q training and support for official customer complaint
  12. Prepare and report GS/OSD3 TMC Performance Report
  13. Urgent Q topic follow up, e.g: 14Q introduction in TMC, quick investigation of damage

Qualifications

  1. Logistic Quality skill required
  2. Supplier audit and management skill required
  3. Project management skill required
  4. Good communication and cooperation skill
  5. Customer orientation mindset
  6. Strategic mindset
  7. Fluent English both on oral and written
