Job Description

Lead and support Industry 4.0 (i4.0), Connectivity, and Digital Engineering initiatives to enable smart manufacturing, connected value chains, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves machine connectivity, manufacturing systems integration, data analytics, automation, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Industry 4.0 and Connected Industry solutions across manufacturing and logistics.
  • Develop machine connectivity and IIoT solutions using industrial communication technologies.
  • Support MES/MAS deployment, data integration, and digital shopfloor initiatives.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI/Tableau.
  • Drive AI/ML, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and automation projects.
  • Develop digital engineering solutions including data modeling, simulation, and digital twin concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smart factory and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

1. BE/B.Tech in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Science).
2. MBA/M.Tech in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics) is preferred.
3. 6-8 years of Experience in relevant role

  3. Proven project management and stakeholder management abilities.
