• Manage accounting documents: filing, organizing, scanning, and archiving financial records
• Process invoices and verify supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems and spreadsheets
• Monitor invoice and payment status across departments
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and follow up on required documents
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions as assigned
• Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, copying, and document distribution

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
