Job Description
- Monitor shipment status daily and update tracking information to ensure the Power BI Dashboard remains current and accurate
- Identify discrepancies in shipment records by cross-referencing invoice numbers and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to obtain and verify accurate data
- Communicate with planning teams to confirm cargo milestone status and resolve any tracking issues
- Consolidate shipment data from multiple systems and Excel files to create comprehensive status reports for distribution to planners
- Maintain and update Excel tracking files on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support ongoing operational needs
- Support project events and customer engagement activities, including preparing presentation materials and conducting on-site visits to customer facilities as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in the third or final year of a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, or a related field
- Must maintain full-time student status throughout the 6-month internship periodNo prior work experience required
- Candidates with demonstrated involvement in school or community activities will be considered favorably
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and logically to diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, diligent, and capable of working independently
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
