Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, documenting developmental tests in accordance with standards and internal requirements.
- Design, document, and support the implementation of functional test procedures optimized for mass production.
- Draft and maintain technical product documentation.
- Collaborate actively in cross-functional design reviews and FMEA sessions
- Drive quality improvements and optimizations across our existing heat pump product range and lead cost-reduction initiatives for appliance platforms.
- Create innovative functionalities by leveraging advanced refrigeration and hydraulic components.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline (or equivalent practical/professional experience).
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in setting up, conducting, and evaluating complex developmental tests.
Know how: Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and refrigeration principles; solid knowledge of specification, calculation, design, and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components/systems; familiarity with European safety and performance standards for refrigerating systems and heat pumps is highly preferred. Experience with MATLAB is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Working Style and Methods: A highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to solving complex engineering challenges.
Personality: A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments; curious and open-minded.
