Job Description

  • You’ll join an international team based in Germany, Serbia, and China. Together, we support our global purchasing organization and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Not sure yet which area of Strategic Purchasing interests you most? This position offers the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics across Data & AI, Governance, IT, Negotiation Excellence, and Controlling. Through diverse projects and responsibilities, you will gain valuable experience, expand your skills, and shape your own development path.
  • You will independently create, edit, and publish internal newsletters, news articles, and other communication materials. In this role, you will help ensure transparent communication and foster collaboration across our global purchasing organization.
  • From planning to execution, you will support the organization of internal events, workshops, and leadership meetings, helping to create engaging and impactful experiences for participants worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Education: You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study with above-average results and plan to pursue a Master's degree afterwards.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Initial practical experience in a relevant field, gained through internships, working student positions, or comparable activities.
  • Qualifications: Knowledge in MS Office, good overall IT software skills
  • Personality and Working Practice: You are a curious, open-minded, and proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership of tasks. You have a strong affinity for digital tools and are eager to continuously learn and develop in a global working environment.
  • Languages: good German language skills and fluent in English.

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
