Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational activities related to foreign worker management.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of foreign worker records and databases.
- Support the monitoring and follow-up of foreign worker permit and contract renewal processes.
- Perform data entry, document scanning, and uploading of foreign worker information for new employment contracts and contract extensions for PgP1 and PgP2.
- Assist in coordinating and accompanying foreign workers for service-related appointments, including medical clinics, police stations, and FOMEMA.
- Support administrative tasks, documentation management, and record filing as required.
Project Involvement:
- Support the Permit Renewal Process Improvement initiative.
- Participate in identifying and implementing potential Lean Improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Administration and other relevant fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel locally when required to support foreign worker-related activities.
- Ability to commit for 6 months of compulsory internship (please indicate the official internship period in the resume).
- Preferably start by September.
