💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic Purchasing team. This position offers a valuable, hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control within a leading global organization. The intern will support the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist in managing the process for receiving and issuing goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the team with essential documentation, including the preparation and expediting of Purchase Orders.
• Gain experience in sourcing by helping to obtain quotations and negotiating with suppliers.
• Contribute to the creation of inventory reports and assist in monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team on various projects and perform other duties as assigned.

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and outspoken attitude.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Previous experience or project work related to purchasing or technical fields is an advantage.
