Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Reliability
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence.
- Analyze machine failures and identify root causes for sustainable improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and machine reliability indicators.
Spare Parts & TPM
- Manage machine spare parts to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze maintenance KPIs, including:
- Technical Losses
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
- MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
- Maintenance Costs
- Prepare reports and recommend improvement actions to achieve operational targets.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Create and update work instructions, maintenance procedures, and maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up and close improvement actions and OPLs.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Support 5S activities and workplace safety initiatives.
- Contribute to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 objectives and related activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
