Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve manufacturing KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Cycle Time, and Internal Defect Cost (IDC). 
  • Provide technical support for production processes, machines, and equipment through analysis and problem solving. 
  • Support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities with local and international teams. 
  • Participate in machine upgrades, automation improvements, and jig/fixture development projects. 
  • Support capacity expansion and new model introduction activities for assembly lines. 
  • Review and improve PFMEA, Control Plans, and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Knowledge of machine design, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. 
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good English communication skills.
