BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Software Project Manager - Braking & Vehicle Motion Software
Join us to shape the software behind advanced braking, ESP, and vehicle motion control systems for next-generation vehicles in the fast-growing Chinese automotive market. Our team aims to become a leading software engineering partner by delivering complete software projects end-to-end, from requirement analysis and development to integration, testing, release, functional safety, and cybersecurity compliance.

What you will do
• Own software project delivery from acquisition phase to final release, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
• Act as the key interface between Technical Project Manager and the software development team, bridging customer needs with technical execution.
• Translate customer needs into clear software requirements, delivery plans, and development priorities together with technical experts.
• Drive project execution using structured planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and AI-supported productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving for braking software topics, including requirement changes, integration issues, system constraints, and milestone risks.
• Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and a strong engineering culture built on ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics-Telecommunication, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder management capability.
• Good understanding of software development life-cycles, preferably in embedded or automotive software.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit, and willingness to lead in a complex technical environment.
Nice-to-have skills
• Experience in embedded software development or automotive software project management.
• Knowledge of automotive system, especially braking systems, ESP, in-vehicle communication, or automotive safety standards.
• Exposure to functional safety, cybersecurity, ASPICE, or automotive quality processes.
• Practical experience using AI tools, automation, dashboards, or data analysis to improve daily project management work.
• PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Chinese language capability is a strong advantage.
