Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance
  • Responding to alerts and incidents to address system issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with development and IT teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
  • Executing routine maintenance and patch updates
  • Implement security recommendations and maintain the security score 
  • Conducting performance analysis and optimizing resource utilization
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement the cost recommendations
  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and application availability
  • Documenting operational procedures and incident reports
  • Creating and maintaining technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related processes
  • Participate in daily/weekly meetings, work closely with the product team to deliver cloud infrastructure requirements


Mandatory/Required Skills:

  • Proficiency or expertise in one of the public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
  • Experience developing reusable Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
  • Understanding /Hands-on in  Containerization topics
  • Knowledge of network architecture Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls  
  • Designing and implementation on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions
  • Understands migration approaches
  • AI Skills will be added advantage
  • Experience in customer support & ITSM process

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

  • B.E/ B. Tech / MCA / MSc / M.E

Experience:

  • 3-6 years
