Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand our market presence and establish long-term client relationships that contribute to organizational success.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and follow-up
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform business development initiatives
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and key performance indicators to track progress
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand professional networks and identify opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Analytical mindset with capability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Strategic planning and execution skills with ability to develop actionable business plans
  • Proven expertise in relationship management and account development
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B sales environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the Bangalore market or broader Indian business landscape
  • Preferred: Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools
  • Preferred: Background in account management or key account development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
