Job Description

  •  Event & Exhibition Management : Lead the planning and execution of all company events (Customer Events and Technical Seminars, Industry Exhibitions, Trade Fairs) , Coordinate industry exhibitions and trade fair campaigns, Maintain integrated content calendars and use specialized planning tools.
  • Marketing Initiatives & Performance : Manage marketing programs from start to finish. Work with teams in India and global offices to execute projects. Conduct market research and industry studies. Build connectios through conferences, sponsorships, and symposiums. Set and monitor marketing KPIs to ensure they meet sales and brand goals.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media management : Manage and optimize Bosch Rexroth’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc) , Create and oversee a digital communication plan for different audiences, Manage editorial schedules and publish content across all platforms. Lead the transition to new digital publishing tools. Use AI and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve content. Ensure all digital content follows brand and regulatory standards. Familiarity for Marketing Automation process and tools, Lead Management.
  • Branding & Creative Storytelling : Act as the brand custodian for all marketing materials in India. Ensure brand consistency across all suppliers and partners. Plan and purchase branded merchandise. Produce high-quality audio and video success stories. Create inbound digital strategies to build long-term customer connections.
  • Partner & Community Support : Help partners and suppliers maintain a consistent brand look. Lead communication strategies to engage with professional communities. Build brand loyalty through active community management

Qualifications

B.E./ any graduate with M.B.A. (Marketing) with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Knowledge / exposure:

•Industrial Expertise: Proven experience in marketing within the
industrial products, hydraulics, or automation sector.
•Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Social Media
Management, SEO/GEO, and Digital Analytics.
•AI Integration: Familiarity with using AI tools for content
optimization and marketing automation.
•Communication: Good storytelling skills (written and visual) with
the ability to translate technical industrial topics into engaging
content.
•Leadership: Strong project management skills with the ability to
work effectively with all identified stakeholders
