Job Description
- Visits sub-dealers, wholesalers and service points.
- Informs and promotes sub-dealers’ employees about Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio, highlighted features and how to explain to end-users.
- Informs and promotes sub-dealers about Loyalty Programs and gaining new members.
- Informs and promotes sub-dealers about current activities & campaigns declared and planned by Bosch Home Comfort.
- Follows up demands, complaints and needs of sub-dealers in responsible region.
- Supports Bosch Home Comfort on market surveys (trends, volume, etc.) at sub-dealer level.
- Controls and reports dealers acting regarding to contract conditions of loyalty club.
- Controls and reports sub-dealers as first check point regarding to our loyalty system conditions.
- Supports wholesalers in their local campaigns with related members.
Qualifications
- * Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills
- * Strong problem-solving skills
- * Proficient in basic MS Office applications
