Job Description

Customer Management:

  • Service Business Development of Mobile Hydraulics Machines (Road Construction Machines / Mining Machines / Concrete Machines)
  • Sales of Service in After Market (from Lead generation to execution and formal closure of contract)
  • Should have knowledge about various mobile machines and Indian After Market in Construction and similar fields.
  • Customer relationship management through installed base life cycle
  • Improving Customer Satisfaction
  • Service Consultation to customers
  • Service Marketing & After Market Promotional Activities
  • Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments

Market Intelligence

  • Consolidate Competition Analysis done by ADMs and plan Strategies
  • Visualize the complete market of respective cluster and plan resources accordingly
  • Consolidate Market trends captured by ADMs & plan measures
  • iBase intelligence and continuous development of database

Reports and Planning

  • After Market - Sales Planning, Strategy formulation & deployment, self-review and attainment of KPIs

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience.
