Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree from a university.
- 4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP; strong computer literacy is essential.
- Structured, methodical and detail-oriented working approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, committed and enthusiastic.
- Good listening and observation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel abroad when required.
Qualifications
- Manage domestic material shipments, international return processes, material monitoring and work order follow-up.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities in close collaboration with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Support procurement processes through supplier coordination, service tracking, compliance monitoring and performance follow-up.
- Ensure accurate operational tracking, reporting and data management.
- Follow up on invoices and related financial processes.
- Maintain documentation and digital tools in line with internal requirements.
- Support customs and import-related operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
