Job Description
- Key- contact for workshops in assigned territory.
- Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
- Ensure ongoing support and maintenance for Bosch Workshop Partner.
- Follow-up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment and diagnostics usage in territory.
- Win workshops for the eXtra loyalty program.
- Promote/sell workshop Services e.g. Training, Hotline.
- Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools
- Promote available Bosch campaigns (parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts and services)
- Generate leads for Bosch Car Service, validate these and handover to BCS Concept Consultant.
- Follow-up on basic value proposition services with Bosch Car Service workshops.
- Take responsibility for coordination and supervision of external workshop sales resources and promoters, as assigned by management.
- Ensure external promoters execute agreed activities, reporting and workshop engagement standards in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, business administration or mechanical engineering,
- Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
- Proficient in English & Arabic.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience with workshop business models is a plus.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with varies stakeholders (e.g., workshop managers, technical staff).
- Ability to coordinate and guide external field sales resources and ensure execution quality.
- Ability to offer workshops practical support, advice, and training guidance.
- Ability to promote digital tools to workshops and ensure data quality in CRM systems.
