Job Description

  • Key- contact for workshops in assigned territory.
  • Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
  • Ensure ongoing support and maintenance for Bosch Workshop Partner.
  • Follow-up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment and diagnostics usage in territory.
  • Win workshops for the eXtra loyalty program.
  • Promote/sell workshop Services e.g. Training, Hotline.
  • Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools
  • Promote available Bosch campaigns (parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts and services)
  • Generate leads for Bosch Car Service, validate these and handover to BCS Concept Consultant.
  • Follow-up on basic value proposition services with Bosch Car Service workshops.
  • Take responsibility for coordination and supervision of external workshop sales resources and promoters, as assigned by management.
  • Ensure external promoters execute agreed activities, reporting and workshop engagement standards in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, business administration or mechanical engineering,
  • Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic.
  • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Experience with workshop business models is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with varies stakeholders (e.g., workshop managers, technical staff).
  • Ability to coordinate and guide external field sales resources and ensure execution quality.
  • Ability to offer workshops practical support, advice, and training guidance.
  • Ability to promote digital tools to workshops and ensure data quality in CRM systems.
