Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Customer Supply Chain consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas: 

• Managing customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export)
• Handling and respond to all customer requests
• Follow up back-orders and produce status reports
• Automotive telephone sales
• Handling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availability
• Manage goods return process and credit requests
• Support sales and marketing in promotional activity
• Data management (including electronic orders)
• Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation
• Support supply chain consultants with Admin functions
• Retrieve and communicate POD’s for all orders delivered

Requirements 

• Completed Matric / Grade 12 
• Degree in supply chain / logistics or related field
