Job Description

  • Assists in mapping and documenting existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement or automation.
  • Participates in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Supports the design, configuration, and implementation of simple automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere, Catalytic, and/or Outsystems, often involving testing and monitoring performance.
  • Participates in testing activities, including creating test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure new solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Help prepares reports, presentations, and training materials for stakeholders and end-users to communicate findings, recommendations, and system changes.
  • Provides general project management support, such as tracking project timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams. 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing education in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology or any related courses
  • Team player, flexible, and outcome focused
  • Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over projects and tasks
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels and geographic locations; awareness of cultural differences
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Able to commit at least 500 hours (full-time internship - Monday to Friday)
