Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

As an HR Intern in our global team, you will assist in processing and managing employee requests for international remote working under the "Work Abroad" concept.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the initial evaluation of international remote work requests, assisting in the eligibility analysis against country-specific criteria.
  • Assist as a point of contact for general inquiries from employees and managers regarding international remote work policies, processes, and protocols.
  • Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the international remote work service.
  • Ensure accurate documentation by archiving and organizing relevant files for each request to support audit trails.
  • Support the Work Abroad team in continuous process improvement initiatives and the refinement of internal procedures.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Know-how:
    • Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in Global Mobility.
    • Good command of MS Office tools (specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential). German language skills are a plus.
  • Working Style and Methods: Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail. Eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and structured processes.
  • Personality: Customer-focused, collaborative, and communicative, with a positive mindset toward teamwork in an international environment.
