Job Description
Driving Digital Transformation and Advanced Analytics:
- Introduction of new IT tools in Purchasing Department (ww and EA)
- Drive digital transformation and data-driven decision-making within the Purchasing department through advanced data analytics and modern IT tools
Purchasing Controlling:
- Regular Purchasing Controlling Reporting for selected plants in time and good quality
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power-BI dashboards to streamline controlling reports and provide deep analytical insights
- Coordination of Business Plan/ Current forecast/ Management Reports for EA
Governance Tasks:
- Collaboration in/ leading of cross plant or ww projects to improve and standardize the purchasing processes
- Coordination of methods and tools within purchasing department
- Building up and coordinating AA wide PUR/PUC/PUQ knowledge center
Mitigating Controls:
- Ensuring compliance for daily purchasing activities
- Investigating current cash flow related processes for ensuring following of RB guidelines
- Responsible for on time delivery of deviation reports
- Interface to service provider RBEI: implementing and communicating changes
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Controlling, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience in Power-BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling). Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
