Job Description

  • Develop sales plans/ activities to align with BU strategies, direction & sales goals.
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities and develop new business leads while collaborating with business partners/distributors to manage the sales process and support existing customers in Thailand.
  • Promote value-based and consultative selling approaches by identifying customer pain points, operational challenges, energy-saving opportunities, and long-term business value.
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, customer engagement, proposal development. Take ownership of assigned territories/accounts and develop customer-oriented proposals and presentations to drive customer interest and business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process both internal & external through the engagement of appropriate internal and external resources such as internal logistic, marketing, cross-countries collaboration, counterpart from BU manufacturing plant including customers.
  • Manage customer interaction and relation-building to ensure strong long-term customer partnership
  • Collaborate and support marketing activities for strengthen brand awareness & positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Ability to travel throughout Thailand with personal car and a valid driver’s license is a must. International travel might be required occasionally.
  • Good command both verbal and written in Thai, English.
  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial sales, project sales, or business development related to manufacturing industries. Strong background of knowledge in steam, water, utility system for manufacturing plant is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Capital goods selling, project selling products.
  • Hunter mindset with proactive sales approach and passion to develop new business across new territories, industries, and key accounts.
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working extensively in the field, including frequent customer visits and industrial site environments.
  • Ability to identify energy-saving, efficiency improvement, and sustainability opportunities for industrial customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from engineering to management level.
  • Knowledge or experience in steam boiler, thermal energy, utility systems, or industrial process systems for manufacturing plants is highly preferred.
